Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for an iron-on rating and qualification badge for dungaree uniforms. Intended Use: The badges are intended for use by Naval enlisted personnel. The First Class Petty Officer Badge (see Figure 1) can be cut for use by personnel to accomodate Second and Third Class Petty Officers.
