Organization:
ARMY - CR - US Army Communications Electronics Command
Year: 1957
Abstract: This specification covers the following units of Humidity-Temperature Measuring Set AN/AMQ-7( ). The set determines accurately the temperature and dew point of the atmosphere through which the aircraft is flying. (See 6.3).
a. Indicator, Humidity, Electrical Resistance ID-334( )/AMQ-7
b. Indicator, Temperature, Electrical Resistance ID-335( )/AMQ-7
c. Amplifier, Electronic Control AM-706( )/AMQ-7
d. Probe, Humidity-Temperature ML-454( )/AMQ-7
e. Strut, Probe
f. Charts Intended Use: Humidity-Temperature Measuring Set AN/AMQ-7( ) is a two-channel, remote indicating equipment, utilizing a probe which is mounted to a strut outside of the aircraft and is interconnected electrically to the amplifiers and indicators (temperature and humidity) within the aircraft.
