Abstract: This specification covers an auxiliary firing blasting machine, hereinafter to be referred to as "assembly", which produces an electric output through generator action for emergency firing of fire power on full tracked combat vehicles.Intended Use: The assembly covered by this specification is for emergency use as an alternate firing method in the event of power failure in the vehicle. It is a manually operated device which produces an electrical output through generator action. These assemblies are military unique because they are used for the manually emergency firing of military weapons and should be able to operate satisfactorily and reliably after being stored at the extreme ambient temperatures of -54 to 71 °C.
