Abstract: This document governs the manufacture, assembly and preparation for delivery of the Cartridges, Delay, MARK 4 MOD 2, MARK 5 MOD 2 and MARK 6 MOD 2 and the methods of inspection and tests upon which product acceptance will be based. Intended Use: The MARK 4 MOD 2, MARK 5 MOD 2 and MARK 6 MOD 2 delay cartridges were originally designed for use in automatic lap-belt and parachute opening actuators in conjunction with emergency escape from aircraft.
