Abstract: This specification establishes the requirements for the manufacture and acceptance of a ventilator to be used with and form part of the Protective Assembly, Helicopter Aircrewman, Chemical, Biological, Radiological (PASS). Intended Use: The ventilator covered by this specification is intended to provide the wearer of the PASS with filtered air for ground or airborne use up to 10,000 feet cabin altitude in a CBR environment.
