Lessons Learned - Ensure Official Data Repository Has All Needed Functionality

Abstract: The Constellation Program (CxP) chose Windchill as the official data repository, which had a completely inadequate search function. CxP did not have one integrated library for all documents. Locating the most current document in the Windchill tool, which is a program management database, was difficult and time consuming due to the Constellation Program's implementation of the tool.
