description abstract	Purpose. To define the policy and provide specific responsibilities for the participants in the process of cost accruals for NASA Form (NF) 533 reportable contracts. Cost accruals for firm-fixed-price contracts are addressed in the Financial Management Manual (FMM) 9061-5A. Applicability. This Directive is applicable to all JSC organizations as they relate to the procurement process, cost accrual process, and contract management.
