description abstract | PURPOSE. The Coast Guard maintains many types of personnel records, such as the Enlistment Contract, Form CG-3301; Court Memorandum; and Administrative Remarks, Form CG-3307. Although those who prepare these records strive to ensure that each is accurate, occasional mistakes do occur. Additionally, in some instances, an entry may have been made accurately, but the member disputes the facts or circumstances upon which it is based. This Instruction provides general information about the administrative methods available for seeking correction of Coast Guard personnel records. | |
