description abstract	This specification covers the general design requirement for a radar landmass simulator utilized in an aircraft part-task trainer (tactics) or an aircraft weapon system trainer (WST) (tactics). Intended Use: The radar landmass simulator is intended to be used to train pilots and radar operators in the use of the radar systems as specified in the detail specification through realistic radar presentation of target areas. The range of training available in the radar landmass simulator will be from basic operating procedures to advanced radar-scope interpretation of typical mission profiles for high and low altitude navigation.
