description abstract	The present document defines the cdma2000 application for cdma2000 network operation. The present document specifies: • Specific command parameters; • File structures; • Security functions; • Interworking with other Applications (ISIM, USIM, etc....) on UICC • Application protocol to be used on the interface between UICC (cdma2000 application) and ME. This is to ensure interoperability between a CSIM and an ME independently of the respective manufacturer, card issuer or operator. The present document does not define any aspects related to the administrative management phase of the cdma2000 application. Any internal technical realization of either the cdma2000 application or the ME is only specified where these are reflected over the interface. The present document does not specify any of the security algorithms that may be used.
