Abstract: This standard practice covers the procedures for sampling of asphalt mixtures at point of manufacture, storage, or delivery.
Samples obtained by this procedure may be used as representative samples of asphalt mixtures to determine compliance with requirements of the specifications under which the asphalt mixture is furnished.
This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations before use
