| description abstract | This specification covers the requirements for black polyester/wool skirts. The skirts will be of two types in the following sizes as specified (see 6.2): Type I - Skirt, Women\'s: Evening Dress, (Staff Noncommissioned Officer\'s) (short) Type II - Skirt, Women\'s: Evening Dress, (Officer\'s) (long) Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to the Commander (PSE-D), Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter. Schedule of sizes Short Regular Long 4 4 4 6 6 6 8 8 8 10 10 10 12 12 12 14 14 14 16 16 16 When skirts are custom tailored to an individual order, this specification will govern, except that detail requirements of Table I may be modified to the extent necessary for good custom tailoring practice. Intended Use: The skirts described herein are intended for wear by female personnel of the U.S. Marine Corps. | |
