The cartridges furnished under this specification shall be of the following types, as specified (see 6.1 and 6.2). Type I - Cartridges containing 17 to 21 grams of CO2 Type II - Cartridges containing 30 to 34 grams of CO2 Intended Use: Cartridges furnished under this specification are intended for use in the following Life Preservers: Type I - UDT life preservers conforming to MIL-L-16383. Type II - Yoke type SCUBA life preservers conforming to MIL-L-24047. | |
