Abstract

<strong>PURPOSE</strong> <br>This directive establishes the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) procedure for review, approval, and control of technical standards. This directive applies to standards originating from sources both internal and external to GSFC. <br><strong>APPLICABILITY</strong> <br>This GPR applies to all organizational elements of GSFC. A NASA or GSFC technical standard shall be considered mandatory if invoked by a NASA Procedural Requirements (NPR) or Goddard Procedural Requirements (GPR). Otherwise the standards are available to project teams to apply as requirements at their discretion. The website shall indicate which standards are mandatory and which are voluntary.
