description abstract
The requirements defined herein are direct word-for-word re-types of the requirements approved by the National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA) Administrator and approved by the NASA Executive Council for the design, development and operation of the OSP. The official approved version of the Level I requirements reside at NASA headquarters on a single page.
This implementation baseline applies to all Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and activities managed by MSFC/UP01 involved in the design, development and operation of the Orbital Space Plane (OSP).
PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to provide a method to trace the official Level I requirements to the lower level OSP documentation described in the OSP Program Plan (OSP-PLAN-005) and associated documents. Towards that purpose, MSFC/UP40 has developed this document to serve as an implementation baseline for all OSP program elements supporting this effort.
