description abstract	This specification covers two types of adjustable, long range aircraft pilot's seats. Pilot seats covered by this specification shall be of the following types. Type I - For use in long-range helicopters. Type II - For use in cargo, transport, and multi-engine trainer aircraft. Intended Use: The type I seats are intended for use by the pilot and co-pilot of long range helicopters. The type II seats are intended for use by the pilot and co-pilot of long range cargo and transport aircraft, and in multi-engine trainers.
