DOD 5010.12-L 04/01/01; ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DATA REQUIREMENTS CONTROL LIST DOD - U.S. Department of Defense This document, DoD 5010.12-L, Acquisition Management System and Data Requirements Control List (AMSDL), is authorized by DoD Instruction 5000.2-R, Defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures, 15 March 1996.
The AMSDL identifies the source documents and related Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) that have been cleared for use in defense contracts by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the authority granted by Public Law 96-511, "Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980" and Public Law 104-13, "Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995." OMB Control Number 0704-0188 has been assigned to each of the source documents and DIDs listed herein.

MIL-S-40623; SANITATION KIT; PACKAGING AND PACKING OF (CIVIL DEFENSE) DOD - U.S. Department of Defense This specification covers the requirements for intermediate packaging and packing of the items comprising the sanitation kit in a fiber drum.
Sanitation kits covered by this specification shall be of the following types:
TYPE SK-III, for 25 persons
TYPE SK-IV, for 50 persons
