Abstract: This specification covers a cold-bonding rubber adhesive for use with natural or synthetic rubber. It is commercially known as rubber cement for cold-patching. Intended Use: The type I adhesive covered by this specification is intended for use in cold patching of tire inner tubes and similar rubber articles. The type II adhesive covered by this specification is intended primarily for bonding components of natural rubber in the assembly of protective masks.
