Abstract

This specification covers requirements for men\'s white trousers. <br>The trousers will be of one type in the following class, styles, and sizes as specified (see <a>6.2</a>). <strong>Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to the Commander (PSE-D), Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter.</strong> <br><u>Class</u> <br>Class 1 - Gabardine, polyester and rayon (white) <br><u>Styles</u> <br>Style A - With side pockets and hip pockets and flaps. <br>Style B - With side pockets only without hip pockets and flaps. <br><u>Schedule of sizes</u> <br>Waists: 27 through 46 inclusive in X-Short, Short, Regular, Long and X-Long lengths. <br>When trousers are custom tailored to an individual order, this specification shall govern, except the detail requirements of Section <a>3</a>, <a>Table I</a> may be modified to the extent necessary for good custom tailoring practice. <b><u>Intended Use:</u></b> The trousers are intended for wear by male personnel of the U.S. Marine Corps as follows: <pre> Class 1, style A - U.S. Marine Corps Officers. Class 1, style B - U.S. Marine Corps Band, Drum and Bugle Corps, and Ceremonial Troops.</pre> <br>
