| description abstract | This specification covers requirements for ornamentation components for the women\'s evening dress jacket. The ornamentation will be of the following types and classes as specified (see 6.2). Type I ornamentation will be furnished in pairs, right and left. Unless otherwise specified, the background material (edges) will be unfinished. Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to the Commander (PSE-D), Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter. Type I - Sleeve ornamentation Class 1 - Company Grade Class 2 - Field Grade Class 3 - General Officer Type II - Collar ornamentation Intended Use: The ornamentation components described herein are intended to be worn on evening dress jackets worn by female officers of the U.S. Marine Corps. | |
