Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for three cargo parachute assemblies and the separate components thereof. Intended Use: The 12-foot and 26-foot diameter parachutes are intended for use in air-dropping non fragile cargo at high rates of descent. The 34-foot diameter parachute is intended for use in air-dropping cargo at normal rates of descent.
