description abstract	This specification covers 1 type of Truss Assembly used with the Type V Airdrop Platform. The Trusses will be of the following sizes, and as specified (see 6.2). Type I - 12 Foot Type III - 20 Foot Type II - 16 Foot Type IV - 24 Foot Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be used in improving this document should be addressed to: U.S. Army Natick Research, Development, and Engineering Center, Natick, MA 01760-5017, by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter. Intended Use: The intended use of the Trusses described in this document is to strengthen and link together several combinations of the Type V platform.
