| description abstract | This standard establishes qualification and conformance requirements for electrical insulating compounds (conformal coatings). It has been designed and constructed with the intent of obtaining maximum confidence in the materials with minimum test redundancy. This standard covers: • The qualification and qualification retention of the conformal coating material (Table 3-1, Column A and B). • The quality conformance of conformal coating material properties (Table 3-1, Column C). For the purpose of this standard, the term conformal coating is used herein when referring to a type of protective coating for use on printed wiring assemblies. The conformal coating is intended to provide protection from moisture and contamination and provide electrical insulation; not as a sole source of mechanical support. For the purpose of this standard, inspections are performed on standardized test vehicles instead of real production assemblies. A standardized test vehicle refers to the test vehicle specified per test method indicated, coated with the conformal coating under inspection. 本标准规定了电气绝缘化合物（敷 形涂覆材料）的鉴定和符合性要求，并设计和 构建了充分且必要的测试项目来获取对材料性能的信心。本标准包括： 敷形涂覆材料的鉴定及鉴定效力保持（表3-1， A列及B列）。 敷形涂覆材料属性的质量符合性（表3-1，C 列）。 本标准中，敷形涂覆层是指用于印制线路组 件的保护涂层。敷形涂覆层可起到防潮、防污 物和电气绝缘的作用，但不是作为单独起机械保护作用的涂层。 本标准中，通过标准化测试载体代替实际生产 组件完成检验。标准化测试载体是指每一种测试方法规定的涂有敷形涂覆层的待测试载体。 | |
