description abstract	Scope: This Standard specifies the unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pipe fittings (hereafter referred to as fittings) used for adhesive jointing of VP and IDVP unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) pipes for drain specified in JIS K 6741 NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence between JIS and the International Standard are as follows. ISO 3633: 2002 Plastics piping systems for soil and waste discharge (low and high temperature) inside buildings-Unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) (MOD) In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standards and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/ lEe Guide 21-1.
