Abstract

This specification covers requirements for officer\'s dress trousers. <br>The trousers will be of the following types, classes, styles, and sizes as specified (see <a>6.2</a>). </span><pre> <u>Types</u> Type I - General Officers Type II - Marine Band Officers Class 1 - Cloth, tropical, wool, polyester/wool Class 2 - Cloth, broadcloth, wool Type III - Other Officers</pre> <br> <strong>Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to the Commander (PSE-D), Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter.</strong> <br>Style A - With watch pocket <br>Style B - Without watch pocket <pre> <u>Schedule of sizes</u> Waist 26 28 30 32 34 36 38 40 42 44 (inches) --------------------------------------------------------------- 29 29 29 29 29 29 29 Inseam lengths 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 31 (inches) 33 33 33 33 33 33 33 35 35 35 35 35 35 35</pre> <br> <br>When trousers are custom tailored to an individual order, this specification will govern, except the detail requirements of Section <a>3</a>, <a>Table I</a> may be modified to the extent necessary for good custom tailoring practice. <br><b><u>Intended Use:</u></b> The trousers are intended for wear by officers of the U.S. Marine Corps as follows: <pre> Type I - Dress wear for general officers. Type II - Full dress wear for U.S. Marine Band leader and assistant leader. Type III - Dress wear for officers other than general officers.</pre> <br>
