description abstractThis specification covers both black and white insulated rubber boots. The black boot is for wear in cold, wet climates. The white boot is for wear in extreme cold, dry climates. Intended Use: The boots are intended for use in wet-cold, dry-extreme cold climates by the personnel of the Department of Defense as indicated below.
