Abstract: This specification covers NET, CARGO TIE-DOWN, AIRCRAFT PALLET, designated HCU-7/E, HCU-7A/E and HCU-15/C. The HCU-7/E and HCU-7A/E can be considered completely interchangeable with one another, with the exception of HCU-7A/E nets usable for low profile loads.Intended Use: The nets are intended for use in securing cargo to pallets conforming to MILDTL- 27443 as applicable. The cargo pallets are designed for use on military aircraft and support equipment rail systems, thus the nets are unique to the military.
