Transmit U.S. Coast Guard policies and procedures for the Labor-Management Relations Program in accordance with Title VII, Federal Service Labor-Management Relations, Chapter 71 of the Civil Service Reform Act (CSRA) of 1978 (5 U.S.C. Chapter 71). b. Provide for the supplementation of the U.S. Coast Guard's Labor-Management Relations Program through the subsequently issued Departmental Labor-Management Relations Management Directive. c. Provide Coast Guard management with guidance on labor-management relations issues and terminology. | |
