AIM
This document is intended to support a common process of laser hazard evaluation and to provide guidelines to nations that do not currently have established procedures.
This publication establishes common terminology and concepts that are required to identify and control the hazards associated with the use of lasers in outdoor military environments. It identifies the exchange considerations amongst nations who wish to make use of each other's territories. Since procedures vary amongst nations these considerations are discussed in order to assist in this exchange.
