Reporting of all nuclear detonations and of enemy biological or chemical attacks and resulting contamination. Reporting of NBC releases other than attack (ROTA). b. Predicting and warning of hazard areas from NBC attacks and from ROTA. c. Evaluation of NBC information and the influence of NBC incidents on operations. d. Interchange of reports, quoted in a. b. and c. above, between NATO forces and national military and civil authorities and agencies. | |
