description abstractDescription of Driving Event:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements prohibit having personnel work under suspended loads. Payload processing facilities will be implementing measures to assure strict compliance with OSHA requirements. It is recommended that these requirements be incorporated into present or future operational plans/designs of lifting and hoisting equipment to avoid costly delays, redesign or modifications to operations.
