description abstract	This document covers electric water heaters designed to increase a sink's hot water temperature to 180°F. Intended Use: The heater is intended for use in kitchen areas for the last (rinse) sink of a three or four compartment sink or utensil washing operation to maintain sanitizing rinse water at a minimum of 180°F.
