description abstract	The ProSEDS Configuration Management Plan defines requirements, responsibilities, and procedures for the Configuration Management System (CMS), which will be used in supporting the MSFC tasks for ProSEDS. The Configuration and Data management Group/ED43 is responsible for implementing the procedures through the assigned Level III Configuration Control Board (CCB) for the ProSEDS Project. The objective is to provide systematic control of ProSEDS hardware and software for those configuration changes to the accomplished operations. This plan meets the requirements of MPD 1280.1 (Marshall Management Manual), MPG 8040.1 (Configuration Management, MSFC Programs/Projects), MWI 8040.1 (Configuration Management Plan, MSFC Programs/Projects), and MPG 1440.2 (MSFC Records Management Program).
