Abstract: Scope: These requirements cover molded-case circuit breakers, molded-case switches, and circuit-breaker enclosures rated up to 1500 V dc, intended for use with photovoltaic (PV) systems and Ref. No. 1 of Annex B. These requirements are intended to be used in conjunction with the requirements in Ref. No. 2 of Annex B, except as modified or supplemented by this Standard. These requirements do not cover molded-case circuit breakers or molded-case switches intended for use in battery circuits.
