description abstract	Purpose. This instruction establishes responsibilities and procedures for the management and review of JSCP-tasked plans submitted to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS). Applicability. This instruction applies to the combatant commands (CCMDs), Joint Staff (JS), Services, applicable Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, the National Guard Bureau (NGB), and components responsive to the Secretary of Defense (SecDef) and CJCS for the management and review of JSCP-tasked plans. Further, this instruction applies to U.S. Element North American Aerospace Defense Command (USELEMNORAD), U.S. Forces Korea, U.S. Forces Japan, and U.S. Cyber Command.
