Abstract

This plan covers all UCI developed OPCGA flight hardware, flight back-up hardware, GSE, and supporting documentation. Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) provided by the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in support of the OPCGA project is outside the scope of this plan. Any references to GFE in this plan are for informational purposes only. <br>Purpose <br>The purpose of this plan is to define the requirements for preparation and storage of the OPCGA flight hardware, flight back-up hardware, and GSE, as well as to document the status of completed activities at the time of storage, to provide a list of open work to be competed in the event the OPCGA project is returned to flight status, and to ensure all documentation is prepared and stored in a manner which will maintain flight integrity in support of future manifest opportunities.
