Abstract

<strong>PURPOSE</strong> <br>To document the Requisitioner's responsibilities and procedures in the acquisition process from initiation of the procurement package through contract award, receipt of the goods and services, and contract completion (as permitted by NPR 1400.1) in accordance with the FAR and NFS. <br>Note: Specific instructions to Procurement Requisitioners on preparing procurement packages for the acquisition of supplies and services, and for other contractual actions are provided. <br><strong>APPLICABILITY</strong> <br>This MWI applies to Center personnel, programs, projects, and activities, including contractors and resident agencies to the extent specified in their respective contracts or agreements. ("Contractors," for purposes of this paragraph, include contractors, grantees, Cooperative Agreement recipients, Space Act Agreement partners, or other agreement parties.) <br>This MWI applies to the Michoud Assembly Facility.
