description abstractDescription of Driving Event:
During Mod & Rehab projects, typically people are moved out of the offices. This brings about two situations. First , extra workload on the Project Manager to coordinate the moves, i.e. finding temporary office areas, the moving of the furniture, relocation of telephone numbers and computer drops. This can be a full time task in itself.
Since the people are out of the office it is the perfect time to paint the offices and corridors. This has previously been accomplished with continual maintenance funds. The reality of budget cuts has eliminated this type of effort.
