JSA JIS C 3216-1

Abstract

This Standard specifies the general notes on methods of test for enamelled copper wires, enamelled aluminium wires, fibre or paper insulated copper wires and fibre or paper insulated aluminium wires, that are used for winding wires. This Standard gives the definitions of terms for the purpose of all the standards in <strong>JIS C 3216</strong> series. <br>NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows. <br>IEC 60851-1: 1996 <em>Winding wires-Test methods-Part 1: General,</em> and Amendment 1: 2003 and Amendment 2: 2009 (MOD) <br>In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and <strong>JIS</strong> are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to <strong>ISO/IEC Guide 21-1</strong>.
