| description abstract | This specification covers the requirements for polyethylene bag-liners and plastic wire ties. (See 6.1). Intended Use: The bag within-a-bag with the component wire ties is intended to be used with Civil Defense water storage containers to provide leakproof protection of drinking water in the public shelter program. When the drinking water has been dispensed, the water container becomes a commode by cutting the inside bag open at the top seam and draping the top portion of both bags down and around the top of the drum. | |
