ELECTRICAL TEST PROCEDURES FOR RADOMES AND RADOME MATERIALS - Rev.2
Year: 1960
Abstract: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The Test procedures outlined herein are designed to cover the standard methods for determining the electrical characteristics of radomes and radome materials.
Techniques, tolerances and test methods have been defined for x-band. However, the basic principles and test methods are the same for other frequency bands.
if tests higher than EHF Ka band have to be performed, the suggested test frequency is 58,500 mcs based on available oscillator tubes.
For all other tests, operational frequencies of the radar system involved shall be used.
