Abstract: INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
This specification specifies Forward Link Only System Information Delivery Layer - a set of Protocols involved in the acquisition of System Information [1] messages in a Forward Link Only Network. The specification includes Primary Protocol, System Information Compression & Decompression Protocol and System Information Fragmentation & Reassembly Protocol.
Chapter 1: An informative chapter describing the scope and the organization of the specification.
Chapter 2: A normative chapter defining compliance terminology, acronyms, definitions of terms, conventions for specifying data types, and references.
Chapter 3: An informative chapter providing the overview of the System Information Delivery Layer.
