Apparatus for industrial gamma radiography

Abstract: This Standard specifies the performances, design and test methods of industrial gamma-ray apparatus used for the gamma-ray radiography (hereafter referred to as apparatus for industrial gamma radiography). When items are controlled by laws and regulations in Japan, they are to be complied with. NOTE: The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows. ISO 3999: 2004 Radiation protection-Apparatus for industrial gamma radiography-Specifications for performance, design and tests (MOD) In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21-1.
