Abstract: This standard applies to overhead and gantry cranes (including top running monorail, underhung, and jib cranes) mobile cranes, derricks, hoists, winches, special hoist supported personnel lifting devices, hydra-sets, load measuring devices, hooks, slings and rigging, mobile aerial platforms, powered industrial trucks, and jacks. This document does not include coverage for front-end loaders and elevators.
