Abstract: This specification covers the requirements for vinyl finished, embossed, corrected grain, cattlehide leather (see 6.1). Intended Use: The leather covered by this specification is intended for use in making chinstraps and visors for service caps. Type I leather is intended for chinstraps and top visor pieces. Type II and type III leather is intended for bottom visor pieces.
