Abstract: This document gives the requirements for the manufacture, assembly, and packaging of the MLU-61/B Cable Cutter and the methods of inspection and tests upon which product acceptance will be based. Intended Use: The Cable cutters are designed to sever a dipping SONAR cable in an emergency. As the cable cutters were designed for military use, there is no commenrcial application.
