Abstract. This commercial item description covers burlap and cotton sandbags. The jute or kenaf burlap, cotton osnaburg and reclaimed cotton canvas (duck) sandbags are for use in the construction of field fortifications. The cotton canvas duck sandbags are for use in stabilizing the 4.2 chemical mortar base.
