Abstract: This handbook provides, as guidance, test methods used to demonstrate that 28 VDC utilization equipment is compatible with the electric power characteristics of the applicable edition(s) of MIL-STD-704. This handbook is for guidance only and cannot be cited as a requirement. Intended Use: This handbook should be used as guidance when establishing test requirements, for inclusion in performance specifications developed for the procurement of utilization equipment, to ensure compliance with the aircraft electrical power characteristics as specified by MIL-STD-704.
