Abstract: This specification covers one type of Periscopic Sextant Trainer.
This item has been designated by the Bureau of Naval Weapons and the U.S. Naval Training Device Center as Device 1S4C for Navy procurement (see 6.2). Intended Use: The trainer will be used as a training device for the purpose of familiarizing navigation students with the use of the Kollsman Periscopic Bubble Sextant.
