Abstract: This specification covers a 36-part, hand operated, dough divider machine and a 36-part, semi-automatic, electrically operated, dough divider and rounding machine. Intended Use: The Type I and Type II machines are intended for use in bakeries to divide whole pieces of dough into 36 equal roll-sized portions. Additionally, the Type II also performs a rounding operation on each piece of divided dough.
